Our good friend Beli from Monterrey, Mexico announced that he and his family, wife Loran and daughter, Valeria, will be taking a Christmas cruise. They will be sailing out of Galveston on December 19th and want to take the opportunity to visit the Chicken Ranch and tour the Coop.
My Sweetie immediately suggested we make a Christmas Coop Party of it and invite all our Egghead friends.
The 'Girls' are tickled green and looking forward to Beli stoking their coals.
So mark your calendar for December 18th (I know it's a rather busy time) and take a few minutes between 4:00 and 10:00 PM to stop by to meet Beli, Loren and Valeria. There may be some Egged treats and liquid spirits available. If you want to bring something special to cook on the Egg, please feel free to do so.
It's totally casual, laid back and restful, but if you want to wear your Santa hat, go right ahead.
